Smoke On The Bayou IV - Seadrift is an IBCA Sanctioned BBQ Cookoff in the heart of the Mid-Coast! In February of 2021 we welcomed 57 of the elite teams from all over South Texas and Louisiana. Among them we found the most generous, professional, kind hearted group of folks we could have ever encountered. We love the IBCA and it's cookers! If you think 2021 was great, come see us in 2022!
