SUMMARY:Remembering Victims of Domestic Violence
DESCRIPTION:Our saltwater sister\, Kathy Pullin formerly of Seguin in Guadalupe County\, is an amazing woman. She is a lady with boundless energy and is involved with so many charitable organizations\, I can't name them all here. In addition to being a famous pit-master\, and dozens of other achievements\, Kathy is on the board of directors of Guadalupe Valley Family Violence Shelter\, Inc. Each year in October (Family Violence Awareness Month) She chairs a fundraiser and awareness event. Because of COVID-19\, she has been unable to sponsor an in-person event\, but she has come up with a great idea for us here in Calhoun County. We are having a candle-light vigil to honor and remember victims of domestic violence. We will gather at the King Fisher pavilion on Park Street in Port O'Connor on Tuesday evening\, October 26\,2021 at 6:30 P.M.\n\nPlease join us for a quiet time of reflection and to honor and remember those whose lives has been affected by domestic violence.
