YOGA - Join a fabulous group of cool women! If you are looking to get fit and meet new peeps - all are welcome to join the group. We meet Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays at 9am, usually at King Fisher Pavilion. Bring your mat and hand held weights, if you have them.
Mondays are Yoga, Wednesdays are weights, and Fridays are a variety like barre, stations, or boot camp. Message 361- 676-3093 for more details.
