Blake Whitney, owner of Three Sisters Oyster Co. in Port Lavaca will be talking about his sustainable Gulf Coast oyster farm operation. Blake has a degree in Range & Wildlife Management from Texas A&M Kingsville and 8 years in Environmental Science.
